Every time a new memo or order comes out from the Department of Education, chaos spreads around and flows down the educational hierarchy from school administrators, teachers, and finally students.

So how precise are these memos really? and what makes higher ups ensure that their targeted beneficiaries actually do benefit from the implementation of these memos and orders in schools if they drop the arrangements without further explanation?

Memos and orders vary, some focus on a specific group while others span across the whole campus and student body.

Higher-ups managing these memos and releasing them to be applied in schools shouldn’t stop at that extent. They should exert more effort into checking and making sure that everything is executed effectively.

In the implementation of different memos, reading words on paper can look different when viewed visually with the eye, and minds interpret ideas differently. This can be influenced by the resources, environment, and community around the school.

Important announcements from higher authorities are crucial and should be applied with accuracy to ensure that those who face the brunt of the effects are benefitting from it, the ones that can be the future of our nation, disadvantaged or not.
